I feel like Eric gets a bad rep because he’s all lovey dovey but let me take a moment to defend the prince of my childhood. This is PRINCE MOTHEREFFIN ERIC. He sails, he hates gaudy gifts like statues and instead of being an infamous ladies man, he’s hoping to find his true love. He doesn’t think playing the flute is girly. HE FINDS A HOMELESS GIRL AND GIVES HER A HOME. Not only does he give her a home, he treats her like a princess, not knowing who she is or where she comes from. He tackles a giant sea monster with only a broken ship because he wants to save the girl he loves. He’s a hero, a lover and a fighter. <3
